I am a gringo living in Panama past 4 years but will move to Piriapolis 2 Sept and apply for residency. I get mixed answers about autos, I am told I can ship my 1988 Toyota to UY as it is over 20 years old. If this is true any idea what duties and fees I will need to pay.
