4. Stable business climate. Political and social stability make Uruguay one of the best places for international business to base themselves in Latin America.
5. Solid infrastructure. I use the word solid loosely. Sure, Uruguay doesn’t have anywhere near the infrastructure as the States, but in comparison with Peru, it’s light years ahead. Road networks, ports and airports and telecommunication systems have all greatly improved over the last 5-10 years and with the added international traffic, they will continue to do so.
